Motivasyon Kongre Seminer Turizm Organizasyon ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., operating under the trademarked name Dream Incentive, has been providing services in the M.I.C.E. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector since 2007, starting with its office in Antalya. In addition to its offices in Ankara in 2010, Istanbul in 2012, and Bursa in 2018, the company has expanded and established its branch in Izmir in 2023 to maintain its goal of being close to the private and public institutions it collaborates with.

After its formation in 2007, Dream Incentive Tourism has accelerated its customer satisfaction-oriented vision with total quality management system studies and with the belief that success is possible with open cooperation and high-level communication, adopting the principle of exceeding customer expectations, created a free exchange platform with its solution partners, providing customers with sensitive planning and creative solutions.

Our agency, which specialized in meeting management over time, has successfully carried out hundreds of organizations with its dynamic team, by closely following the technological trends, having the awareness that success is hidden in details and with its rational, practical, and solution-oriented approach to its customers.

As Dream Incentive Tourism, we have been organizing an average of more than 100 meetings, events and organizations a year and since 2007 we have served 450+ private companies, 150 + public institutions, and more than 1 million participants.

We are happy to provide services all over the world with change and continuous development, which are our indispensable principles.

Following the demands of our partners whom we consider cooperation rather than customers for many years, with the aim of better organizing our meeting groups who trust us;

  • Corporate Services Department was established in 2013, for hotel reservation, transportation, and ticket services of private companies and public institutions
  • Dream Promotion department was established in 2016, to serve the promotion needs of companies and public institutions involved in organizations or outside of our organizations,
  • Dream Filo was added to our company in 2018, and we started to offer long-term rental services of new and second-hand commercial vehicles, together with our understanding of quality and service.
